Hi Srajan,
XLRI Jamshedpur is the best institute in India for HR. Other than that, most of the premier institutes which comes under top 20 and offers HR programme are decent enough to join. Try for XLRI, if you can.

As per the expert guidance, NCERT is not sufficient to clear the NEET exam because the information is not ample, topics are not explained so deeply. You can refer NCERT for the topics. For the competitor analysis, you should also take help from the other books. Coaching can only help you. Qualifying the exam is depends on your self-preparation how you made your strategy and crack NEET.

Hello,
According to the eligibility criteria of Tamil Nadu state quota, you can get admission only if you are a domicile of Tamil Nadu. You will have to provide a domicile certificate and then only you will be eligible. But if you have done your class 8th to class 12th in Tamil Nadu then the domicile certificate is not required. So, carry on accordingly.

If it is engineering that you want to pursue irrespective of the branch then you need to follow the same procedure as for any other branch of engineering. You can admission in IIT, Kharagpur and IIT, Roorkee by giving this exam. It is an architecture aptitude test which conducted by 7 IITs but admission you can get only in Khargpur and Roorkee but before that you need to clear JEE Advanced exam as well. If you are able to clear that exam then only you will be able to give AAT. You can't get admission for architecture course without giving this exam. You can go for B.Tech by clearing only JEE Advanced and clearing the college's cut off.
