Hello Abhijeet, colleges normally give waiver in fees to the desired and deserving candidates. Normally the students who have scored quite well in academics but are from economically weaker background are given this help but there is no hard and fast rule. Some colleges do not offer any fee waiver while some offer staggered fee waivers. You will have to check the websites of the colleges where you intend to seek admission to know the details.
