IIIT Allahabad ECE would be better. Honestly speaking here the colleges we are talking about are of very different standards. Although NIT Silchar is very underrated still it stands nowhere in front of IIIT Allahabad. You will ultimately need to learn concepts of CSE be it any branch in order to be competitive and updated.

DU Cutoff 2023 for all UG and PG programs will be based on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). NTA started CUET UG 2023 registration on February 9, 2023. The last date to fill CUET UG 2023 application form is March 12, 2023. Interested Candidates can apply online on the official website.
