Hansraj College will be a better option for pursuing B.Com (Hons). It has a better Commerce faculty. It is one of the top colleges on the DU North campus and offers great extracurricular.

Bachelor of Science B.Sc. In Nursing is a four-year full-time programme that is the undergraduate level in the nursing course
offered by West Bengal University of Health Sciences, Kolkata and approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC). However every private college is providing B.Sc. Nursing with a fee of around 50 to 70k per year. For exact fee structure you should contact the college directly.

As about Care college of nursing, its present fee structure is almost unknown to internet you should contact directly to college to get this information. Although I have this information for you. The year-wise B.Sc. Nursing fee structures in private colleges are as follows:
First Year Rs.55,000.
Second Year Rs.55,000.
Third Year Rs.55,000.
Fourth Year Rs.55,000.
