"B.Ed is the 2-year programme and CVRU Bilaspur is the best college in distance courses. I have also studied from CVRU Bilaspur and the management helps a lot and guide for the exam. Degree from CVRU is so valuable and it helps me a lot in getting a job. And the total fees are also around Rs 65000/- only. One can also pay the fees in installments. Yes, you can get admission in Diploma in Computer Science after 10th and many colleges provide this course. But the percentage criteria is not fixed, it is different in every college.
There is a university Dr. CVRU in Bilaspur(https://www.cvru.ac.in/) which provides a Diploma in CS and the University does not have any minimum percentage requirements. I have also completed my Diploma in CS with this university. And my experience with the college is so good, the faculty of the college is so good and also helps a lot. In the end, I get a decent placement. You should also visit the college before taking admission anywhere.

You haven't specified B.A. Specialisation, but generally yes, you can do these courses if you have a good base.

You must have the thorough knowledge of that graduation and last year's.

CMAT is not compulsory, CMAT is only accepted in india. There maybe other exams depending on the course and country.
