As per your profile, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your MBA, and then opt for further studies, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialized course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.
However, you may consider pursuing some of the below mentioned course:

4. Diploma in Training and Development.

Then go to their websites and research about them, and even call them and talk to them. Try their website for more details.
