Hello Subodh,
Both your brother and father want the best for you and therefore they have given their respective advice for your better future. But if you ask my advice, I would say that go with your inner voice. Do whatever suits you the most because at the end of the day, it is your career. If you are ready for the job, then go for it but if you think that you are still not ready for one and need some more time, go for the regular college thing.

Hi, now this is the scenario where you have to be diplomatic. Either you have to follow your father or brother. Your father is having traditional mindset so he is advising you to do MBA and then start job. Whereas, your brother is from recent generation who is more aware of the latest trends in the job market.
