B.Sc Animation is a 3-years duration course.
Bachelor of Design (B. Des.) Course in Animation is a 4-years duration course. The four years course includes 2d, 3d, VFX, etc. The difference between the two degrees is that the B.Des. Yes this is possible but applicable for IITs graduates only. The IIT graduate who completed their B.Tech with 8 or above CGPA are eligible for M.Tech admission without GATE scores in IITs.

So far inputs I have for doing M.Sc. offered by S.C.S.&T of IIEST required qualification is - B.Sc. Hons or equivalent with 55% (40% for SC/ST) in different domains like microbiology, botany, chemistry, biochemistry, physiology etc. which includes Food and nutrition also. There is one condition - the candidate must have to study chemistry as one of the subject in Degree level. Standard admission procedure of the Institute is followed.
