The college is doing really very good. It provides a very good industrial exposure to its students. The faculties are very highly qualified, very friendly and very helpful. Means we student can go to them whenever we want to if we have any quiries regurding the subject. This year the placements till now has been approx 83% and they have been offered with decent packages.

In order to pursue MBA program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
The selection process in B-schools generally consists of :
A. Past Academic record.
B. Scores in entrance tests.
C. Group Discussion.
D. Personal Interview.
E. Work experience.
Please note that each B-schools shortlists candidates for second stage of selection process which may be independent of each other.

Hi Rajesh,
I do not know about the exact percentile but rough estimate of GMAT to CAT scores can be found here: http://www.quora.com/Can-a-person-get-admission-into-one-of-the-IIMs-after-clearing-the-CAT-and-with-a-CGPA-between-7-and-8. If you go by this post then you need to get atleast 720.

Placement facility is good in Regional College Of Management. At the time of placement every day after another day interview must be conducted by any company. RCM also having link with other colleges where you can sit for interview. Major placement part is Marketing, Finance and Human resource. As of now approximately 60% student has been placed from 13-15 batch.
Many company will visit the campus every year but as a student, you need to be update yourself as per the company requirement.

Try for BIMM, since this is the mother institute, this apparently is the best. But to chose finance, you'll have to go through an exam that is conducted once you join the institute. BIIB is the only institute where you can opt for finance directly during the selection process. Average package for finance is around 4.75-5.25 per annum.
