One month time will be more than sufficient to crack elitmus in a month preparation. pH Test or Hiring Potential Test is an assessment exam conducted by eLitmus.[3] Companies use pH Test as a criterion for hiring employees. The test consists of three parts- the Quantitative section, the Verbal section and the Reasoning section. Results are declared in two formats: percentile score and total score.[3] Companies call test-takers for interview on the basis of pH score and their own criteria.
The first pH Test was held on 24 April 2005 across 11 cities of India[9] and was taken by 930 candidates.[10] This value increased to more than 62,000 candidates taking the test in 2011 across more than 37 cities of India.[11]
Many top IT companies such as Accenture, Collabera, McAfee and Novell among others have used the eLitmus pH score on numerous occasions to recruit candidates.

Students can join a CA program after graduation. There is no restriction in terms of age or percentage secured.
Following is the procedure:
* Register/Enroll for Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC)
* Complete 9 months of Study Course.
* Complete 100 hours of Information Technology Training (ITT).
* Complete Orientation Course (35 hours spread over one week).
* Pass Group I or both Groups of Integrated Professional Competence Examination (IPCE).
* Register as Articled Assistant for a period of 3 years.
* Pass Group II of IPCC if not already passed.
* Appear in Final Examination during last 6 months of 3 years of articled training.
* Pass both the Groups of Final examination.
* Get Final Examination Certificate.
* Complete remaining period of articled training, if applicable
* Complete Course on General Management and Communication Skill
* Enroll as a member of ICAI and designate as "Chartered Accountant"

CA's are generally found to be working either as employees in a firm or they indulge in their private practice. The range of work in both the cases depends on the size of practice.
Some of the areas suited to the services of Chartered Accounts are as follows-
1. Financial Accounting: Maintaining financial records of an organisation which involves operating accounts, interpreting, supervising, controlling and organizing income and expenditure, doing internal audits, dealing with wages and salaries, paying accounts and sending out invoices, and coping with taxes etc.
2. Auditing: the methodical examination and review of the accounts.
3. Cost Accounting: a complex task usually undertaken for monitoring expenditure, preventing it from over-shooting, minimizing costs, forecasting future needs and providing reports for management accounting etc.
4. Tax Management: job is to legally ensure minimum incidence of tax.
5. Consultancy: provide services in areas like corporate law advice, project planning and finance, investigations relating to share valuation for takeovers, amalgamation, business advice, secretarial work etc.
