As per your query it seems that you have not done 12th and graduation.So as per your profile you are not eligible to get admission in distance MBA program.
As in order to pursue distance MBA you need to be graduate in any field.So as per your query I would suggest you to first complete Bachelor Preparatory Programme (BPP) from IGNOU.
This Programme is offered by the University to those students who wish to do Bachelors Degree of IGNOU but do not have the essential qualification of having passed 10+2.
In absence of such a qualifying certificate these student are deprived of higher education.

* M.Tech (in India) /MS (Abroad) to study the technical side.
OR
* MBA if you wish to move career towards management line.
* Further, you may opt for short term specialized courses related to the field.
* Another option will be, you may plan to work in private or public sector industries of various types. After gaining a valuable work experience of a year or two you may finally get a clear picture about your interest area, whether to go with M.Tech/MS or MBA.
