Universities abroad do provide work permits though such a practice is rare in Indian Universities. But many students are found to engage themselves in part time work. Again there are some colleges for hotel management in our country that provide such opportunities.

BCA and B.tech are two differnt fields .
In BCA (bachelor of computer application ) related to the applications of computer in this yu have studies about the c , c+ , java , web designing etc. but not in deeply .
while b.tech (bachelor of technology ) relatd to the field of engineering . in this you worked with the engineering fields and gives you both pratical and theory knowledge .
in my opinion you can go through the B.TECH field because the modern world need this and having large scope as compared to the BCA .
