Hi Satyendra,
Take any creative subject or arts or languages. I would recommend you to start practicing sketching to begin with. Try to observe things closely and sketch them. You can also buy good sketch books from the market for sketching including shading, shadows and human figures. However, soon you may have to upgrade to more serious books like The Survival Kit by Richards William.
Psychology and literature are two useful subjects. Try to participate in writing, drawing/ painting, sports, dramatics, music, singing etc., whatever is possible for you.
If any good life Art or Method Art Classes are available in your neighborhood then

On getting employment in any organisation, during induction one is taken through the core values, beliefs, rules, regulations and a lot of Do's and Don'ts that an employee needs to follow. Thus you need to ensure that you diligently follow the same & leave a lasting impression on your peers and bosses. Needless to say you will also have to perform the tasks that are assigned to you to the satisfaction of your boss

Placements at the university are generally considered strong, with a large number of companies visiting each year across IT, core, and management domains. Many students receive offers in the range of single‑digit to mid‑teens LPA, while a smaller group with strong skills and profiles secures packages in higher brackets, including crore‑plus offers in some cases. Actual placement and salary depend heavily on the branch, individual performance, internships, and preparation level.

SBI do not come for recruitment. People over here prepare for PO/Clerk exam and they simply take the job. Other banks do visit BK and they offer various posts to students of BK.
Percentage of students getting placed in banks vary every year based on the requirement of banks and quality of students.
