No degree as such pay less or more. its your combination of skills, training, motivation, hardwork and education that makes you unique and successful. Not all students from IITs / IIMs are placed well.
Talking abt -BBA its more about administration, management, marketing whereas BCA will lead you to jobs like data management, analytics, programming etc. Choose as per your expertise and you will do well.

If you are a new grad looking for a job in investment banking you should target the back office functions in a bank which will be more feasible. It will require an MBA degree from the premier institutes.

Dear Pooja,
Both the institutes mentioned by you are equally good and thus it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option.
However, we can help you with the parameters that you can keep in mind while choosing an institute. You can consider the below parameters
1) Faculty,
2) Affiliation / Recognition
3) Course Material,
4) Quality Education,
5) Fees
6) Infrastructure
7) Success Rate.
8) Placement
9) Top recruiting companies.
Also, if possible go through the alumni speak section to get an idea what the alumni thinks about the institute.
Hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.

You have two years of academic break. I will suggest that you evaluate MCA to improve your chances of better IT career. Nowadays IT companies hire Ready to Deploy resources(RTD) from Training Institutes. Identify RTD training institute and take training either in Java or testing to seek career in IT industry.
