After completion of B.Pharm,
1. You need to get yourself registered as a Registered Pharmacist at the Pharmacy Council of your state.
2. In the government sector, you can apply for the posts of drug inspector, pharmacists at government hospitals and clinics.
3. In the private sector, you can get jobs at pharma companies. Especially in the fields of production, quality assurance, quality control and regulatory affairs.
4. The private hospitals also hire B.Pharm graduates as in-charges of their pharmacies.
5. The most common option is to set up a pharmacy with your Pharmacy Council Registration/ license. A basic D.Pharm license is enough for starting a local pharmacy store.
6. The best option is to pursue M.Pharm in a specialization of your choice and get better job profiles, especially in research and development. M.Pharm graduates from reputed institutes are offered better pay packages.
7. Post M.Pharm, teaching offers are plenty. Further research and Ph.Ds can be pursued based on interest.
