Pursuing studies abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a degree from abroad are:
- Getting a better quality of education.
- Improves career opportunities.
- Broaden international experience.
- Gaining exposure to different cultures.
You have a very good academic profile, so I would suggest you to work for 3-4 years and then opt for MBA from good universities in Canada, as it will further enhance your career prospects.
Please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities Canada, you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:

2. IELTS or TOEFL.

Being an ECE graduate myself, I want to let you know that, since you are a CS graduate, you are eligible for more than 95% of the companies that are Electronics oriented, which include top electronics companies like Freescale Semiconductors, which is a leading manufacture of micro processors and micro controllers, Texas Instruments, Cadence and Synopsys. Every Electronic company is now IT and Computers Oriented, instead of the other way round that you are seeking. All these companies are related to designing and programming of chips, VLSI design and etc. Since Networking is common in both Electronics and Computers, there are companies like Cisco and Alcatel Lucent that can be looked into. For beginners, all these companies require that you be good in programming like C and C++. Other languages are also a plus point, along with good knowledge of other industrial softwares like Labview, Matlab and Pspice.
