A pass in PUC (10+2) or equivalent is the minimum eligibility for admission.
The cut off details are as follows-
1. Karnataka State Board:
Boys- 81% and Girls- 90%
2. Other State Boards:
Boys- 90.3% and Girls- 93%

Options for you-
B.C.A
B.SC CS/IT
B.E/B.TECH
Engineering is definitely the best option. However, if your score is not that good, you can opt for BCA which is preferable over B.SC CS/IT.
You can analyze the various opportunities available and select the right path based on your personal criteria which should include:
*The interest and aptitude towards the subject
*Interest to get a job
*The future Demand for the particular program
