B.EL.Ed i.e., Bachelor in Elementary Education is a program for a duration of four years and its eligibility is based on 12th qualification, it is offered in eight colleges of Delhi University mentioned below:

Gargi College
Institute of Home Economics
Jesus & MaryCollege
Lady Shri Ram College for Women
Mata Sundri College for Women
Miranda House
Shyama Prasad Mukherjee College
On the other hand, B.Ed is offered only in four colleges of Delhi University which are as follows:
Department of Education (Central Institute of Education - CIE) Lady Irwin College
Maharshi Valmiki College of Education
Shyama Prasad Mukherji College for women
Out of these four, only LIC and SPMC are for women candidates, the other two are co-ed. Admission to both B.El.Ed and B.Ed are done through the entrance exam conducted by Delhi University, application forms will be available at the official website of Delhi University, so stay updated at: du.ac.in

There are a lot of private colleges that are affiliated to the state government universities and many that come under private universities. I would personally suggest you to choose a college that would help you to excel not only academically but would help you to develop your overall personality like I have done my Masters from PCTE Group of Institutes which is situated in Ludhiana, and believe me during the 2 year course the level of exposure the college provided was amazing, we weren't confined to books but were indulged in different activities, games, exercises, workshops like Rawar, Consumer Hub to name a few, great placement opportunities were provided where the maximum package offered was 12 LPA, the college had a well-established Entrepreneurship Cell, recognised by the government. Besides this, the colleges fees is also reasonable as it comes under the state government university. Try to find a college that would give you the same exposure where you just don't do the degree for the sake of doing it but you transform in a better version of yourself by enhancing your skills.
