Admission in IIM Indore in IPM programme is based on IPMAT exam. There are only two IIMs offering IPM Integrated course which are IIM Indore and IIM Rohtak. So I am not sure but you can get the transfer to IIM Rohtak because the course curriculum and selection criteria of both are same. Further, you cannot shift to any other B-school in India because of their selection criteria and curriculum.

For non engineering background the cutoff is around 90 percentile meanwhile for engineering background it's around 95 to 98 percentile.
The salary depends on the placement as well as company where you got placed.you can expect min 12lakh/p.a to max 1cr/p.a .
