All the good and top ranked universities in US requires minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after Graduation at assistant managerial/managerial level for MBA, plus they also require good academic background throughout preferably 60% plus, GMAT score of 600-700 plus and TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
It is always advisable to take GMAT and TOEFL at least a year in advance of your planned admission intake.
Scholarships are competitive and awarded to the most deserving students. At the graduate level you can get funding in the form of graduate assistantships. In exchange you may get your entire/partial tuition fees waived, and get a monthly stipend to cover your living expenses. Such awards are very competitive. Universities abroad consider various factors such as previous academics, entrance test scores, work experience, application documents and so on while assessing an application for admission and scholarships; hence, it is important to have a well-rounded outstanding profile.

In order to pursue MS in US you need to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria:
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, in 10+2+4 years of education pattern.
Good academic record throughout preferably 60%.
GRE score of 1200 plus and TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
Universities in US have 2 admission intakes i.e. Fall (August) and Spring (January) Intake. So first of all you need to decide in which intake you want admission, and then accordingly start your application process at least 6-7 months in advance, it is always advisable to take GRE and TOEFL at least a year in advance of your planned admission intake. An average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year and average living expenses are about US$ 10,000 per-year.

Hi Jitendra, your query is not very clear.
University of Cambridge offers a lot of courses at UG level. you can view those at this link : http://www.cam.ac.uk/admissions/undergraduate/courses/
Also, they have a few Engineering courses in Chemical, Computer Science, Manufacturing and general engineering.
The course is accredited by all the major institutions including the Institutions of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), Engineering and Technology (IET), Civil Engineers (ICE), and Structural Engineers (IStructE), the Institute of Measurement and Control, the Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine, and the Royal Aeronautical Society. An appropriate combination of Part II papers is required in each case.
It is mandatory to do 2 internships of 4 weeks each during the course. The Unviersty's Industrial Placement Co-ordinator helps students to find internships.
The last to apply to Unviersity of Cambridge is 15 Oct of the preoceding year of admission through UCAS.

As you have mentioned that you are confused, to this I would advise you to be careful regarding your career as confused mind will bring out a wrong decision so better try to analyze your area of interest and your strengths, based on which you can then opt for a career.
For your keenness towards surfing net and playing games, you can look for a career in a related stream which involves high amounts of creativity and innovation, but laziness will have no place in this discipline.
You can look forward to pursue courses in Animation and gaming as this is one of the most tremendously growing market and requires professionals with apt talent and skills.
