Try to recognize and evaluate if your Son has the Sparks strong enough to have a career in Sports. Even if he is not able to become an active Sportsman at national level, he can still get to some level and then divert to administrative jobs in that sector. Yes, at the same time I would suggest that basic graduation is a must. You can also get him admitted to the national institut of sports, Patiala. If nota sportsman he can have a career as a trained coach or an Umpire/ Refree. These are all in good demand and the pay scales in this filed would rice drastically after large Corporate house joining the bandwagon.
