sir you not mention that u doing job or not? anyways both terms is related to marketing. If you want to expand or show your ability on worldwide then MBA in International is gud option for you. other wise marketing is also gud n wider scope. but make specialization in particular field n do hard work give time to ur study n job also all the best

But still if you had PCB subjects in that case you can apply for the BHMS course, which is the study of Homeopathy medicine and is seek to be best alternate to Allopathic/ general medicine.
