There is no harm or problem in doing MA after B.Sc if you are interested in it. Other than MA in Mass Comm.there are universities Andhra University, Lovely University, Dr.Hari Singh Gour University, Guru Ghasi Das Vishwavidyalaya that offer Masters in Journalism and Mass Comm.too.

The admission procedure for Dibrugarh university consists of:
Written Test: Candidates have to take the MAT (Management Aptitude Test) examination conducted by All India Management Association / CAT (Common Admission Test) conducted by IIMs or CMAT (Common Management Admission Test) conducted by AICTE. Sponsored and / or foreign candidates are exempted from appearing in the Written Test.

There admissions are going on, you can fill their form online. They take into consideration marks in JEE and other national level tests but its optional.
There are many other universities like Amity, SRM, LPU etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as JEE. Not only this they are offering scholarships to students on the basis of either of the two.
All these universities have world class infrastructure and offering a whole lot of facilities to students for their all round development.
