With regard to your query, the minimum eligibility for MBA (Part Time) is two years work experience after the completion of bachelor degree as per AICTE norms. Distance education is not eligible for MBA (PT). No entrance exam score is required. After joining, you will have to take up an exam by the Tamil Nadu Self Financing College Consortium. You do not have to write any other qualifying exam like MAT/CAT etc.
