For admission in a bachelor’s degree, you need to complete 10+2 examination with science subject such as physics, maths and chemistry.The duration for this course is 4 years.For admission in top colleges like IITs, NITs, IIITs , Bits Pilani, DTU you have to clear JEE (Main) , JEE (Advanced) , BITSAT.
There are also some state and all India level entrance exams after clearing them you also have chance for good colleges.
Few of them are:
KARNATAKA CET(Only for Karnataka Students)
UPSEE,
CET,
COMEDK,
EAMCET( Only for Andhra Pradesh Students),
KEAM,
GPET,
etc.
Also, some engineering institutes conduct their own entrance examination for admission few of them are
SRMEEE ( SRM UNIVERSITY, Chennai)
VITEEE (VIT UNIVERSITY, Vellore)
MANIPAL UGET ( MANIPAL UNIVERSITY, Karnataka )
UPESEAT (University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun)
If you not given any entrane exam then try to get admission on the basis of your 12th marks or through any other entrance exam.
Various reputed private universities offers direct admission on the basis of your 12th marks few of them are:

UPES Dehradun (20% Seats)
*Minimum 80% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th)
*Minimum 80% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at Senior Secondary level(12th)
100% Scholarship on Tuition Fee (2014 - 15)
Scholarship will be offered to students securing an aggregate of 85% marks in class 12th & 90% marks in PCM for B.Tech. (all
streams) in CBSE or ICSE Examination Board.
You can also get admission through management quota but for this you have to pay a good amount.

Before seeking admission in any institute, kindly check the below mentioned parameters such as affiliation, accreditation, fee structure, curriculum, admission procedure, entrance exam patterns, etc.
The basic eligibility for admission in a bachelor’s degree is successfully completing higher secondary school certificate (10+2) examination with science subject such as physics, maths and chemistry.

The Chartered Accountancy Course is issued only by the ICAI (Institute Of Chartered Accountants Of India).
No college in India has CA as their regular subjects or even as correspondence.
However, these are the colleges that offer CA preparation course programs along with B.Com:
Christ College

St. Joseph's College of Commerce
Rajajinagar Education Society's Sri Aurobindo First Grade College for Women
C.B. Bhandari Jain College
H.K.E.S. Sree Veerendra Patil Degree College of Science, Arts & Commerce

if you want to do CA and B.Com together then either you can go for B.Com by correspondence.
