Consider ur subjects strength in which you r good. Btech in CS/IT, involves coding, the scope is very good with better opportunities. Btech Civil/Mechanical involves desinging & construction & like many more. There are others branches as well like EC/EEE etc. Btech will be good option but u need to study hard whichever course you choose. Goodluck

Cape Breton will fetch more money for sure and provides placement opportunity too unlike many Indian colleges. However you should consider if you will be able to pay for tuition there as even though cape Breton is cheaper compared with other Canadian universities, it is expensive than education in India

In order to be eligible to give the exams, you would need 120 educational credits. If you have completed your B.Com from a NAAC A university/college, you will have 120 credits and you are eligible to take the exams. If it isn't NAAC A, then you will have 90 credits, in which case you'll have to pursue a Masters or Diploma to get additional 30 credits.

It is a decent college with average placements. It also depends on the other options you have in hand. It would be recommended to go for colleges that have an established brand name and a good Industry interface
