Hi
There are two ways. One is you take up a job in the related field for a year or two and then go for your master's which could be either M.SC Chemistry, M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry,M.Sc. Drug Chemistry,M.Sc. Organic Pharmaceutical Chemistry,M.Sc. Physical & Materials Chemistry or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Other is to go directly for msc or Mba in the above fields and then decide if you wish to research further with P.hd or go for a management job.

Yes, you may still be able to get a seat at Lovely Professional University even if you scored 57 marks in JEE Main. Admission to B.Tech programmes at LPU is not based only on JEE Main. The university also conducts LPUNEST, which can be used for admission and scholarship consideration.

If you meet the basic eligibility criteria usually about 60% in 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and English you can apply for B.Tech through the university's admission process. Your JEE score can be considered, but many students also appear for LPUNEST to improve their chances and qualify for scholarships. Final admission depends on eligibility v

Obviously go for Diploma.
The Diploma course has a semester pattern similar to that of the degree in engineering. Hence, Diploma students adapt to the pattern more easily as compared to those class 12 students who have followed a yearly examination pattern and find it difficult in the first year to appear for examinations of six subjects within the first four months of the course.
The discomfort is evident through the results of first year of engineering across colleges, with even the usually bright students scoring really low and a few others having to take a drop of one year due to failed scores in more than five subjects. Diploma stud

Dear Divya,
Your graduation exams are supposed to be completed by the end of this month and CAT exams are in Nov.last week so you have sufficient time to prepare for and there isn't any need of dropping for a year, coz it's upto admission committee of college whether they consider your gap or not so it is advisable not to take any such risk and time period you having is sufficient to score good in CAT.
Good luck
