Obviously go for Diploma.
The Diploma course has a semester pattern similar to that of the degree in engineering. Hence, Diploma students adapt to the pattern more easily as compared to those class 12 students who have followed a yearly examination pattern and find it difficult in the first year to appear for examinations of six subjects within the first four months of the course.
The discomfort is evident through the results of first year of engineering across colleges, with even the usually bright students scoring really low and a few others having to take a drop of one year due to failed scores in more than five subjects. Diploma students by virtue of being admitted directly to the second year, bypass this first-year hurdle.

Since you are in last semester of your BBA, my recommendation is to first focus on it and keep a track about entrance exam forms of exams such as, SNAP/IIFT/CAT
and onces exams get over start preparing for these exams any score beyond 60% will get you admission in good college, or if you manage to crack IIFT/SNAP that you knows what you will achieve or a good % in CAT,
I'm suggesting these coz under MAT admissions of most of the good and reputed colleges are closed now. such as in Christ university, Xavier's etc. so its better to prepare for these exams coz every business schools accepts these scores as well.
so all the very best first for BBA final Semester then for entrance exam and career ahead.

After passing 12th you cannot be a Stock Broker as it requires minimum qualification as graduation but you can be Sub Broker (person who is not a member of stock exchange but works on behalf of stock broker as an agent)
To be a stock broker, you need to take into consideration the following points :
• Register with the stock exchange(s) depending upon their dealings in the securities listed at various stock exchanges
• To become a member, you need to clear a written entrance test and then undergo training, which includes subjects like accountancy, capital markets, and portfolio analysis and so on
• On the application and consequent attainment of the membership, a certain amount has to be deposited with the stock exchange as security. Membership is given after scrutiny to ensure that the person concerned possesses the infrastructure (computer, internet connection, etc.) to be able to operate as a broker.
• One has to take NSE's certification in Financial Markets and BSE certification on derivatives exchange.

Below is the eligibility criteria for NDA.
For Army wing of National Defence Academy :- 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 (Executive Branch) Course at the Naval Academy :- 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equilvalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
Candidates who are appearing in the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply.
For admissions, one has to fill the application form. application form along with an Information Brochure containing general instructions for filling up the form, an acknowledgement card and an envelope for sending the application will be obtainable from the designated Head Post Offices/ Post Offices throughout the country on payment of a requisite amount. Blank application forms and other particulars are published by UPSC in leading newspapers and Employment News in the month of March and September.
