You may check on these institutes like Institute of Technology, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (A Central University), Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra and HNB Garhwal University, Srinagar.
As you are expecting a good percentage in 12th, you have good chances of getting top branches.

Yes, after completing your graduation from Mumbai University, you can go in any country for higher education. You are eligible for MS CS in Germany or other EU countries. You can get admission there.

NIT, Warangal falls under the top 10 colleges of India. There are some cutoff criteria for admission. The college does not reveal it and every year it is changing. But for reference, you can refer to the official website of NIT, Warangal. They have provided complete details of opening and closing ranks of the previous year.
But please don't expect the cutoff to be same for this year too.

Regular MBA is better option, as you have only few months work experience. Regular MBA will give you a good knowledge of business aspects of various disciplines like HR/Marketing/Finance/Operations which ever you choose. Distance MBA is a good option if an individual have a good work experience of 4-5 years atleast. Regular MBA also gives you fair chances of getting placement in top MNCs.
