But, I guess that is also reserved for people who have at least given CET, but not got the desired rank.

No, there is no LEET (lateral entry) option for B.Arch at Lovely Professional University.
Even if you have a Diploma in Civil Engineering with good marks, B.Arch admission is only through first year and requires eligibility like 10+2 with Mathematics and a valid NATA or JEE Paper 2 score. This is a standard rule followed by almost all colleges, not just LPU, so you will need to apply through the regular admission process.

You should definitely try applying to a good university abroad, has to be a reputed one. The international experience which you will gain will benefit your career. If finance is not a worry apply to some good universities abroad but also to Shiv Nadar. Keep options.

70% seats are filled through university level counselling based on marks obtained in class 10+2 and rank obtained in JEE Mains. Selection parameter and weightage:
10+2 marks - 75%
JEE Mains - 25%
Remaining 30% seats are filled by the university based on the marks obtained in class 10+2.
