You didnt mention the subject in which you are doing B.Sc. In the absence of this information, the answer will not be TO THE POINT. Generally, if you go for a Bachelors degree in Science, then for more scope in the sector, you should go for a Masters degree in the same subject to gain more knowledge.

Many good companies such as Cisco, HP, Akamai, Informatica, Microsoft GTSC, SAP labs, Samsung, Broadcom etc have visited our college offering decent packages. So if you are an average student or better, you are bound to get placed. Placement stats for CSE are above 90% mostly.
As far as dream company is concerned, if you dream of Amazon, Google, Facebook etc, that you have to try off campus as they don't visit our college.

I don't think, there is any chance because even the lowest cut-off for BE courses goes to around 290. Here is the cut-off list for B.E courses in BITS Hyderabad campus for 2014

As per your query about the score to pass NEET. I would like to tell you it varies every year. It depends on lots of factors like difficulty level of paper and number of students getting that mark etc. It also depends on. It will be different for government, private and deemed medical colleges. Also, it will differ if you apply via All India Quota (15% ) or State Wuota (85%). The cut-off of state quota is usually lower than All India Quota. No one can predict such things. We don't know how a student is studying in some distance of this vast country. To get admission for aeronautical engineering, you can appear for any entrance exams like SRMJEE, JEE Mains, etc. Or you can apply for counselling under Anna University so that you can get the colleges based on your cut-off score.
