CAT is an online exam. CAT comprises of MCQs and Non MCQs. CAT-2018- Candidates were given 180 minutes to answer the questions. Each section is allotted 60 minutes. The candidates cannot choose any section to start with or switch from one section to another. They had to follow the question paper chronologically, from section 1-3. Some questions in each section may not be of multiple choice type, thus the answers had to be typed on the screen. Use of basic onscreen calculator was allowed for computation. Dear Diya, I recommend you visit the DU website for eligibility criteria. However, if you could have asked for the same about LPU. Then being alumni of LPU. I would like to tell you that you can get admission to the B.Com programme there without Maths in the 12th class. They ask for the 50% minimum marks in 12th in any stream. I hope this helps

NIT is the great choice, thus for Mechanical from NIT-Bhopal will be great Choice if you are a gadget loving guy and love to play with tools whereas if you want to work with software company in the country you should go for CSE in NIT as CSE enables you to join in the field of technology in Computer and can land up in the jobs like TCS, Cognizant.
