No, you can't do that. If you want to do BBA from KLU then you have to do it again because there is not any option to change the university in different year of a same degree. You can leave this year and then get Admission in KLU for BBA degree.

I don't know about GNE Ludhiana but based on my personal experience of doing MBA I would suggest you to go for PCTE College as the education that is imparted to the students at PCTE is completely practically oriented. We were indulged in different activities, games, exercises, workshops like RAWAR, Consumer Hub to name a few.
