 Yes, you can join biotechnology if you are a BiPC student and got 40k rank in TS EAMCET. As per the eligibility criteria, BiPC students are qualified for B.Tech in biotechnology by law and AICTE.

BIPC students can also pursue B.Tech Biotechnology even if they didn't study Mathematics in their class 11,12.

However, not all colleges offer B.Tech biotechnology to PCB Students.

NITs like NIT Calicut and some State Government Universities like DTU offer B.Tech biotechnology, but you cannot get admission in B tech biotechnology in these colleges as they give admission through JEE Main and it is compulsory to have studied mathematics in 10 + 2 to be eligible for JEE Mains.

What you can do is apply for college like VIT which offers B tech biotechnology to Biology students.

To be eligible for  VITEEE exam for B.Tech biotechnology, you should have an aggregate of at least 60% in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology in your 12th board exam or 50 % in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Maths/ biology if you are from SC/ST category.
