No, there is no entrance test for B.Sc at Saraswati Mahila Mahavidyalaya. The only eligibility criteria is 50% in 12th.

Yes, you can join biotechnology if you are a BiPC student and got 40k rank in TS EAMCET. As per the eligibility criteria, BiPC students are qualified for B.Tech in biotechnology by law and AICTE.
BIPC students can also pursue B.Tech Biotechnology even if they didn't study Mathematics in their class 11,12.
However, not all colleges offer B.Tech biotechnology to PCB Students.
