Yes, you are eligible for BCom in account Honours. The minimum eligibility criteria for BCom Hons programme is that the candidate must have completed their class 12 with a minimum 50% marks and Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Maths and English as compulsory subjects from a recognised board. Some of the popular colleges that offers BCom Honours are listed below:

Admission to most of the colleges offering BCom Hons is done based on merit secured in class 12. However, CUET scores are also widely accepted for granting admission at most of the colleges. Candidates are advised to the minimum eligibility and selection criteria before applying to the course. 

There are some private colleges and universities in India which give B.Tech admissions without entrance examinations and affordable fee structures under ?50,000 per year. For example, some of the colleges that come under Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) provide admission to B.Tech through Class 12 marks. Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT), Pune and its affiliated colleges can also provide relaxed entrance criteria with reasonable fees. Other engineering colleges include Bihar Engineering College offering B.Tech programs, which have low fee structure and direct admission based on class 12 marks. So, it would be great if one checks eligibility and fees in the institutions concerned.

To apply for ALL INDIA BAR EXAMINATION 

1. You should visit the official website AIBE. You will be displayed a page from AIBE .
2. There you can see a option "Click here to apply", click on it. New application form will be opened. 
3. It will be asked about your details, do fill the form completely without any pendings
4. In between, get your ID card which is requried for proof  
5. At the place of Exam center, please give the state as Karnataka and give the center city as Bangalore at the options provided
6. Enter your details correctly and re check the filled form 
7. At last pay the registration fee and wait until you received the payment form
8. Take a print out of it and keep it safe
9. After few days, Admit card will be released by the officals. 
10. Go to the website and download the AIBE (ADMIT CARD)
11. Admit card is the hall ticket and you will be given your registered number, exam centre name, timing and location in it
12. The exam will be conducted in offline mode, do carry your belongings, ID proof, Hall ticket and passport photo if mentioned in hall ticket

Your score is very good at intermediate board exams and also well at Jee Main, so you have a huge chance of getting a seat in SASTRA University at any campuses. Both JEE Main and 12th grade will be considered half half and according to your scores , you may get a seat in EE,MECH,CIVIL and other branches. So, I suggest you to apply for all the intrested branches with a list of priortirised order starting from CSE and your  choice goes . The number of applicants applying for a particular campus and particular branch will be taken into consideration and a list will be sorted as per the jee results and 12th board results and the both results will be merged and will prepare a short list on based crises. So, you had a big chance of getting a seat in SASTRA University at any campus of your choice. 

Jee Main result and 12th grade results will be taken into consideration equally by 50/100 each . ECE branch is the top most second branch in the SASTRA UNIVERSITY . According to your result, you may or may not get seat in the main campus ECE branch but you may get  seat in the other branches of SASTRA UNIVERSITY. The number of applicants and their results will be taken into consideration and no reservations will be taken into consideration and only AIR rank will be taken from JEE Mains and 12th grade result will be taken. As per your rank, you may better try also for some other branches in  SASTRA UNIVERSITY like EEE, MECH, CIVIL, BIOTECHNOLOGY. There is a oppurtunity for the studets in SASTRA is that, we can change our group/branch after the two sems/ one year as per  the percentage of the 1st year.
