Hi Neha, first of all you need to know in which subject you want to do your post graduation. Thereafter identify Universities according to your profile. Apply to those Universities with the following documents.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex or are applying for MBA), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written. IELTS may not be required if the student has studies in English medium throughout and can provide a certificate stating the same.
the minimum percentage to gain admission to any univ is at 60%. The higher the better.

Hi Anita, IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is a test of one's proficiency in English. It includes modules like Reading (read a passage andanswer questions based on it), Writing (write an essay on the given topic or as described), Speaking (like an extempore, speak on a given topic), listening (a tape is played on and a fill in the blanks kind ofa answer sheet is given to students. You have answer whilelistening to the tape, the tape is not stopped if you miss something, or rewound). Each module is out of 9 and an average of the score is taken into consideration. The test is administered by IDP Australia (www.ieltsidpindia.com/) and British Council (www.britishcouncil.org/india- exams-ielts-home.htm). The score is valid for 2 years and is acceptable in most of the English speaking countries.
