I think the EML list candidates wwhich do not find a place in the IIT JEE merit list and the few who being in the merit list do not get the IITs are eligible for the IISERs and the Indian Maritime University etc. The list of all the colleges you can get from the JEE website.

JMIT Radaur is a very good option for you to go for. See, sometimes the reputation of the college do no good for you but the Academic Excellence does. With the marks you have in your +2, I think you should go for the Radaur college. Do the hardword and get good marks throughout your 4 years, and your success is a surity.
