First of all IIT , NITs or IISC Doesn't Take Students Who have done their MCA From Distance Learning. and one more thing at a time you can't do two degrees like you have done Diploma in CS and B.Com. at a time you can show only two degrees. else if you have shown both the degrees at the same time your both degree would be cancelled. you are strictly not eligible to do M.Tech from IITs , NITs and Just forgot IISC.

If your graduation percentage is above 50% then you are eligible. First you have to download our application form from www.rimsbangalore.in, print, fill and send it to the institute. We are conducting the next round of admission process on this saturday. You can come for the admission process in which you will go through 3 rounds, presentation, essay and personal interview. 1. CAT score
2. Academics
3. Work-ex
4. Curricular activities etc
So, for now, I would suggest you to secure good percentage in academics.
As far as preparation in concerned, you can start the same from second year/third year od your graduation. I would recommend the following books
1. Quants - RS Agarwal
2. Verbal ability - Arun sharma+ Wren and martin+ Norman lewis
3. LR/DI- Nishit K Sinha
