It seems you are a good student
After B tech you have an option of getting JOB if your college have placement. .but if you will decide to study more you have many option mostly two M tech or MBA.
While there are ample examples of people achieving success and greatness in both the fields vis a vis MBA and Engineering(M tech), it would be advisable for you to stop and evaluate your options according to your own personal likes and aptitude. More than the trends and the general perception, it is about choosing a career and a stream where in you would enjoy the most and thus would be able to reach to your true professional potential

It seems you are a bright student in my opinion go for engineering. There is a pig fight in govt jobs students are preparing for years for jobs in govt sector . .you will have to prepare for that first. . Remember time is very important in student life.you have to make right decision at right time. .but if you have confidence then go for nda.
