Generally, to take admission in MBBS :
-You must have passed 12th in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with 60%.
-You should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st day of December of the year of admission.
-You need to sit for entrance exams such as AIIMS, AIPMT, AFMC and many more.

As per your keen interest in MBBS and low score, I would suggest you to try in private MBBS colleges.

I think so that y ou should first go through ranking and iits are not even in first 100 in world so it is better to take admission outside for master's if you are having chances in first 100 and if not iits should be your next attention.best of luck.

You can do Certified Management Accountant [CMA] Course, Only 2 paper alone to be cleared and its equal to ICWAI, most of the Public & Private Banks and MNCs are started looking for CMA

As per your query, it seems that you are interested in pursuing MBA, so regarding this please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be GRADUATE in ANY FIELD with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
