As per the official website of DAV College, Sec-10, Chandigarh -
" Admission to B.Sc courses :
A candidate must have passed 12th with minimum 40% marks from a recognised University/Board/Council or any other examination recognised by the P.U. as equivalent, with pass in English as one of the subjects shall be eligible to join the First Year class of B.Sc.I degree course.

After completing B.Tech you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.Tech and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in biotechnology, then you may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
