1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.com etc)
However, please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation.
So, as per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.

As per your score in CMAT it would be difficult for you to get admission in good B-school, so as per your profile I would suggest you to CAT-2013 and various other management entrance tests and score well so that you may get admission in good B-school.
