Hi rahul, LLB par time is not possible as its BCI rules to do it regular , apart from this as per your year of passing BA you must be above 30 years max age limit for LLB admissions.

University does not need AICTE approval as per the judgement by the Hon'ble Supreme court that the universities are required to seek approval from UGC only and it also clarifies that it is not required for a university to take an approval from AICTE wheras, it ( AICTE approval) is required for the stand alone institutions affiliated to any other university. LPU is is UGC approved under section no. 2(f) of UGC act 1956 vide notification no. f.9-10/2006 (CPP-1) dated 1st November 2006.
