Hi Maddera,
Unfortunately, you cannot pursue MBA in Hospital Administration. Only graduates in the related field are eligible for the course. Diploma holders are not considered eligible for the same.

Both are good. Your 1st preference should be DY Patil, Akurdi and 2nd is Amity-Mumbai. If you are getting one of them, take it. They both are good in terms of facilities, faculty, placements, campus, etc.

It is not necessary to take additional maths but you should take additional maths as it will benefit in future. There are many colleges in India where maths is compulsory as one of the subjects in HSC.
