Yes. Jobs post MBA are generally based on the specialisation that you opt for in MBA. With a B.Pharma degree armed with an MBA, you could also look at opportunities in MNC pharma/clinical research / FMCG companies in marketing. You could also look for a career as an Equity Research Analyst In a BFSI segment wherein you get involved in tracking the Pharma space and here you can use your B.Pharma knowledge to your advantage. Try and pick up a career keeping in mind your core strengths & interest areas and don't run after money. If you enjoy your work, you are bound to excel and money will follow you.

I don't know much about NIT-Silchar, but JMI is based in Delhi, which gives you enormous opportunities for employment and for doing different types of courses to increase your chances of getting placements. Low fees with good infrastructure, a university with a legacy of almost 100 years. With a huge alum base and decent placement figures, JMI is any time a go-to college.
All the best. Choose wisely.

Generally, maths is not a compulsory subject in order to appear for the entrance exam of BBA. But the criterion differs in every college. Scottish Church College has not mentioned any such criteria on its official website. You should contact the college directly for this information.
