NEET 2019 Counselling will soon start in June Month itself but no official notification has been released until now regarding this. Coming to the existence of refund procedure, so yes, it is there. However, there is a condition associated with it. If the candidate do not wish to pursue the study after the 2nd round of counselling then only the refund is initiated. Aspirants get their amount refunded on the same account through which they had submitted their fee. However, the candidate has to contact on MCC toll-free number and drop a mail to their finance department. This is the only way a candidate may get a refund.
