Yes you'll get the admission in IPU for you've to wait for the counseling process there are 3 counseling rounds and one is spot counseling. In spot counseling those who wish to change the college they can sit in that round.

Your JEE and board results are satisfying. But 72 marks in NATA are a little bit low marks. But you can have hope on JEE paper ll marks and apply on that basis.

Yes, according to your percentage you will be able to get admission in food and technology. Most of the colleges need candidates with 60% marks aggregate and you have more than that. You'll get the admission for sure.
