In my opinion Go for EMBA
don't choose a new field . . if you will start developing software with some short of learning then what a student with MCA and Btech CS will do. . And competition is tough in this field. .
Doing MBA from the field in which you are working and have good experiance is a very wise decision.
Rest is up to you. .
Take it as an opinion final decision will be yours.
