You can definitely apply for Diploma courses now. Once you have done Diploma, you can get lateral admission into 2nd year in lot of colleges for engineering.

Please check different colleges but I suggest www.uunz.ac.nz and ask Solly Verghese there to tailor make a course curriculum that suits you the best. Say Sanjay from Zealvision asked you to contact her.
Check the contents and if you are convinced, then go ahead. The course is of University of Southern Queensland.

You can either Choose Operations/ Project Management if you want to add more knowledge stuff to your domain, else if you are into General Management Position, then opt for General Management.
