B.Sc it's all about fundamentals of computer Science stuffs like OS, Architecture, Basic programming.
B.Tech, in addition to above, you will learn to use and create apps using various aspect of technology.
While developing these, you will learn various other factors like Efficiency, Data Structure and Algorithm.
