That's not how it works. In IISER Pune and IISc, you can't choose your subject before admission. After two years in IISER Pune and three semesters in IISc, you can select your major subjects. Then you'll have to study the courses specified by the respective department; you can choose astrophysics if you have a course. Also, you can do your thesis in astrophysics if you want.

Hi Retno,
You can definitely pursue a course of mass communication even after your graduation. Being of a course with vast coverage of subjects, mass communication gives you an edge to take up the course after almost any graduation degree. You can pursue a post-graduation in mass communication after a valid graduation degree. All it requires is the passion and interest towards this field.
All the best.

First option is to clear 10+2 exam and then apply for B.Sc or BHM in hotel management. But in case you are not willing to give 12th exam again then on the basis of 10th class result you can do a diploma of 1 year and then go for higher degree in hotel management. Universities offering diploma are Lovely Professional University, BHU, JNU etc.

Hi.as you said that you are appearing 12th commerce, you have a wide scope. You can go for professional certifications like CA, CS or ICWA. Any of these will make you an expert into your field. However, you can also go for MBA or M.Com on completion of your graduation. If none of these, you can also prepare for competitive exams for various govt. jobs. I hope this would suffice.
