Yes, German industry is oriented towards academics and research, if that is your goal Germany is a good choice. Post study work permit and residency permit schemes are easier than most countries. You must anyways get a job in a field related to your education on your own grounds, no university will guarantee you placement. Good academic track record, research skills,german language knowledge are things you must focus on.

Hi Nagesh, University of Alberta is one of Canada's top most and extremely competitive. To be considered for admissions applicants must have high academic grades and English language skills. SAT is not mandatory but having a SAT score will really help. Take TOEFL or IELTS to meet English language requirements. Check the department website for minimum requirements. I would recommend PEC chandigarh for Mechanical. It is better than NIT Hamirpur definitely. PEC has been rated better in other branches as well and placements are also good.

Scope wise , in my opinion Biotechnology is a flourishing subject but I cannot guarantee how much popularity it will find for itself in India. But surely all the subjects you have mentioned do have scope somewhere or the other. Choose something you'd love to study, and then find for jobs you'll enjoy.

Being in CS, the college from which you are studying doesn't matter. You can get a job if you are well prepared. You must learn technical stuff like programming languages, databases and work on your communication skills to get through.
